Nicholas Davies

Nicholas Davies is Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Sandrock Capital. He sits on the firm’s Board of Directors, senior management team and its investment and compliance committees, combining responsibility for the firm’s operations with extensive legal, governance and strategic experience.

Nick has more than 20 years of experience as an international lawyer and adviser and has worked across London, Moscow, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. He qualified as an English lawyer in 2006 and developed his career with Linklaters, Allen & Overy and Freshfields before becoming a partner with Appleby and subsequently Walkers in Hong Kong.

In addition to his role at Sandrock, Nick is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SBL International. His experience operating across multiple jurisdictions enables him to bring a strong understanding of governance, regulation, transactions and cross-border execution to Sandrock as the business expands its investment activities and international partnerships.
