Oskar Stachowiak

With 21 years of experience in the financial services industry, Oskar has built deep expertise across both listed markets and private equity/venture capital. His career spans roles as an equity analyst, portfolio manager, and fund founder, with a track record of managing long-only and long/short strategies as well as launching innovative investment platforms.

Oskar has held positions at Goldman Sachs, China Asset Management, Lusight Research, and Daiwa Asset Management, where he rose to become Head of Emerging Markets. He founded the Londinium Long/Short Fund and later co-founded The Untitled Ventures (Europe), where he focused on early-stage technology companies. His work has led to the creation of the European Export Fund and the successful launch of a venture capital fund across Luxembourg and Cyprus, achieving four notable exits.

At Sandrock, Oskar applies his dual background in public markets and venture investing to support the firm’s strategic initiatives, bringing a global perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to fund development and capital allocation.
