Doha Ali heads the Finance department of Sandrock Capital. She brings a CPA background and experience in full-cycle accounting, investment operations and regulatory compliance across the UAE financial services sector.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory capital and liquidity compliance, treasury, payment controls, as well as corporate tax and VAT compliance. Her work focuses on delivering accurate, data-driven financial insights across multiple areas of the organisation to help ensure strong and consistent financial performance.

Externally, Doha is the main point of contact for auditors, tax and transfer pricing advisors, banking partners and regulators. She works with these stakeholders to ensure that the firm’s financial reporting and regulatory obligations are met accurately and on time.
