Murad Ikhtiar brings a background in banking, fund administration and financial management, with experience centred on Luxembourg’s financial-services sector. His expertise spans accounting, risk management and the operational oversight of investment vehicles, combining senior institutional experience with involvement in specialist fund-services businesses.

Murad has held Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer responsibilities at ING Luxembourg and has been a partner at BDO Luxembourg. He contributed to the development and day-to-day management of CF Fund Services, providing central administration services to regulated investment vehicles. He is Managing Partner of OWL Advisory & Services in Luxembourg.

Within Sandrock’s real estate fund structure, Murad serves on the Boards of Sandrock Capital Real Estate Funds OEIC ICC Limited and the Sandrock Real Estate Value-Add Fund OEIC IC. He brings his fund-administration, accounting and risk-management experience to the governance of these vehicles, contributing an operational and financial perspective to Board oversight.
