Dounia is Head of Fund Distribution Services at Sandrock, where she leads the firm’s capital raising initiatives and manages investor relationships across the MENA region and beyond. She brings extensive experience in connecting institutional and private capital with high-quality investment opportunities, ensuring alignment between investor demand and product offerings.

At Sandrock, she is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the firm’s discretionary funds, identifying strategic partners, and coordinating distribution services with external providers. Her work focuses on expanding access to investment solutions while strengthening the firm’s presence in key markets.

Prior to joining Sandrock, Dounia specialized in designing brokerage and investment platform solutions that broadened access for professional investors and family offices, extending opportunities traditionally reserved for institutional networks. She holds a degree in International Business Management from Gisma University of Applied Sciences.
