Dounia Ounasse

Dounia Ounasse brings experience in fund distribution, investor relationships and the development of investment platform solutions. Her work focuses on connecting institutional and private capital with investment opportunities, combining an understanding of investor requirements with the commercial planning needed to bring investment products to market.

Before joining Sandrock, Dounia worked on brokerage and investment platforms designed to widen access for professional investors and family offices. She holds a degree in International Business Management from Gisma University of Applied Sciences. Her experience spans the relationship between investment products, distribution channels and the information investors need to evaluate opportunities.

As Head of Fund Distribution Services at Sandrock Capital, Dounia leads capital-raising initiatives and manages investor relationships across the MENA region and beyond. She develops distribution strategies, identifies potential partners and coordinates external providers, while supporting the investor and fund-manager research that informs Sandrock’s market development and the preparation of the Tabayurt platform.
